Unfortunately they don't open on Thanksgiving Day.
I have tried 2 days in a row and waited 2 hrs and 1.5 hrs with no response. This is terrible way to treat there customers. I purchased item and had missing part all I need is answer how in can obtain the part without bring everything back.?
